Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was pleasant and clean, had nice views, unbeatable location near the trainstation. Me and my family members we liked the room, it was beautifully maintained and tidy. Location: the venue was just next door to trains.

The inconsistency in room sizes is baffling!!! Poor lighting in several rooms left everything feeling cramped and dark. No one answered the door buzzer late at night, made access uncomfortable. Emphasis on more storage space is needed!!!

The hotel staff are awesome and wonderful.

The breakfast was homemade and unique, giving it a personal touch. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, awesome for an early check-in.

I was disappointed with the late-night access. After returning from a game at 1 AM, the hotel doors were locked, and no staff was present to let us in. I had to call the hotel number to get help, very frustrating. The air conditioning was also a constant problem. This should have been addressed sooner, as it significantly affected my comfort.

The staff were kind and provided quick assistance with any questions I had. My room was comfortable, offering two king beds and ample space for relaxation unlike many hotels.

The location is convenient for transport links, but I found dining options limited beyond the hot sandwiches offered at the hotel.

The personnel was very cute and helpful, nice for an earlier check-in than planned. Make sure to explore nearby Brasserie Georges for a great meal.

An Affordable Gem with Convenient Access!

Our stay included a delightfully unique breakfast with homemade pastries. Enjoyed exploring the area, especially the nearby Brasserie Georges, which served great local dishes. The staff were really nice, even letting us check in early. Tip, Use the efficient tram for exploring more of Lyon quickly!

The staff were kind and responsive. I had the opportunity to play the Yamaha baby grand piano in the hotel jazz bar. The city view from my room was amazing, especially at sunset.

Greet hotel is just steps from the subway and bus station. The young staff were friendly and even helped us get a taxi at 5 am! The breakfast featured homemade items.

Great for a work trip. the place was pretty clean, the staff were really friendly, and you can't beat the awesome location right by the river! Our air-conditioned room had two beds and was perfect for me and my three kids. 🌟
